SisterForce has a bold ambition: to build a national sisterhood where every woman who serves or has served in the Armed Forces and Blue Light services can feel seen, valued, connected and supported. We want to create a community that reaches beyond geography, rank, role or service, connecting women to one another, to trusted support and to opportunities that help them thrive throughout and beyond service. Through our growing SisterHood Network, national roadshows, digital community, partnerships and advocacy, we aim to amplify women’s voices, strengthen pathways to support and ensure no woman has to navigate the challenges of service or transition alone. Our ambition is not simply to build an organisation — it is to build a lasting movement, powered by Honour, Courage and Sisterhood.
